Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Be free from scratch, damages, or sign of misuse
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or misuse accessories.
  • Clearance, final sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief decription of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your iriginal payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your  account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responnsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective , damaged or the wrong product was sent.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items without tracking. 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled..

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
